Just 269 bottles of this 25 year old Highland Park was produced from hogshead 746. Distilled in June 1988 at the Orkney distillery and bottled in July 2013, it is part of the Signatory Cask Strength Collection.

This tastes nothing like Highland Park, more like a 13 year old Glenlivet would at close to Cask Strength. Some fruit notes, and not much else going on here. No depth, no complexity. Typical Signatory Bottling with their signature creamy finish and smoothness, but this is not enough. Maybe if this was $20...
