The entry level bottling from Scotland's most northerly distillery, Highland Park, aged for 12 years. This is an older design, before the Highland Park range underwent a rebrand in 2017, and another in 2024. A fab find for a retro collection.
These bottles were part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

I started drinking this whisky thinking it was nothing special, after a couple of weeks it was a quarter full. After that more and more I found it undrinkable. Think of eating a pizza with chocolate, vegetables, and ingredients that really don't go together and you have this. I gave it a chance but it makes me want to throw up. It is one of the worst whiskys I have had. I even found a $27 speyburn 10 that was much better than this although very different taste. For some comparison, I love Ardbeg, Laphroaig, macallan, balvenie, etc. these are my types of whiskey.
Riktigt bra, stor fyllighet i kropp och doft. Mycket bra.
Love this expression from Orkney. It´s complex and with perfect peat-smoke.
I really like this. But it seems to be missing something in the mouth. Flavors are great, and finish is wonderful, but it seems a bit watery on the palate...poor batch?
Reminds me of a Glenmorangie with a touch of smoke
