Nose Manuka honey and heather, some grassiness, peat smoke, salinity and buttery toffee.
Palate Sweet and herbal. Some more heather notes, a touch of cool wood smoke, runny honey on granary toast and beeswax.
Finish Good length with herbal notes and a little brine.
