A single cask bottling of Highland Park, Scotland's highest distillery Signatory bottled this 24 year old as part of their cask strength collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich and full. Mixed peel and soft wood smoke with hints of manuka honey, grassy heather and nuts. The finish is long with perfumy notes and zesty bitter oak.
Palate
The palate is full and oily with light but persistent smoke. Some dried fruit spice and notes of marzipan with Seville marmalade.
Finish
Long, softly smoky and full of fruit.
Overall
A rich, dark and smoky single cask from Highland Park.
