This was distilled at the Highland Park distillery on the 13th December 1990 before 21 years in sherry butt 15694. It was bottled on the 9th January 2012, and there are 395 numbered decanter bottles.
Wine-like and fruity, some elderberries, apricot jam, honey, caramel and toasted oats, a little digestive biscuit, apple peel and salty butter.
Fresh and fruity, fresh herbs, salt air, heather honey, toffee, malt and spice.
Fruity and thick, tangy apple peel and pepper.
Can't seem to find a single review about this one. I recently ordered one of these and havent decided yet if I wan't to cancel the order and buy something else instead. Anyone who wan't to share their opinion? :-)
