Harmony - a rather apt word to describe this well-balanced Japanese blended whisky from the Hibiki range. Hibiki Japanese Harmony is made with malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. The whiskies are drawn from five different types of cask, including American white oak casks, sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. An elegant expression, with wafts of honey, orange, a herbaceous touch or two, and light oak.
Red berries, green apple and layers of rich honey.
Melted butter and caramelised dates. A hint of fragrant sandalwood develops into warming, oaky spice.
Brown sugar, citrus peels, white grape, and black pepper.

Best japanese whisky ever tasted
This is a pretty remarkable drink that is smooth and sweet, with a strong honey flavor and a buttery/creamy texture. Some will dislike it's sweetness and easy drink ability, but for newcomers it's a great choice.
It doesn't burn as much as most whiskey's and the taste is like abit of chocolate caramel and abit of banana which I love most about this whiskey. At first when it hits your tounge it's like butter it's very smooth. I bought the sample so that I don't have to waste money on the full bottle Incase I might hate it
Honestly this is one of the best whiskey I've ever had.
