An awesome Australian single malt from the Hellyers Road Distillery in Tasmania! This gently peated expression was distilled in 2004 and initially bottled up exclusively for sale in France, with a total of 192 bottles released at a cask strength of 61.7% ABV.
Tropical fruits lead the way with grilled pineapple and tangy passion fruit, floral malt, and medicinal peat follow with tangy spice.
The exotic fruitiness continues, bringing balance to a depth of herbal, vegetal zest, and bonfire smoke.
Sweet caramel and boozy trifle with wafts of coastal salinity and rich, oily peat smoke.
