From Tasmania's Hellyers Road, this 19-year-old single malt spent its time resting in an American oak cask before it was bottled up. Originally released exclusively for sale in France, now its time for the rest of us to have some!
Sweet notes of tropical fruit, honey, and citrus blossom are backed by juicy barley and aromatic spices.
Bready malt and sweet grenadine mingle, while savoury spice gathers beneath. Tangy notes of gooseberry are balanced by marzipan and chocolate.
Bittersweet cacao, woody spice, and malt loaf with salted butter.
