This single cask single malt comes from Hellyers Road Distillery in Tasmania and was bottled by La Maison de Whisky in 2023. It was distilled from peated malt in 2005. It spent 18 years in an ex-bourbon barrel before bottling at cask strength.
Spicy cloves and vanilla with apple, vanilla and wood smoke.
Full-bodied and peppery with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove combined with sotne fruit and bonfire.
