This single cask single malt comes from Hellyers Road Distillery in Tasmania and was bottled by La Maison de Whisky in 2022. It was distilled from peated malt in 2004. It spent 18 years in an ex-bourbon barrel before bottling at cask strength.
Green apple and peach with vanilla and subtle wood smoke notes.
Rich, creamy whisky with notes of custard, baking spice and stone fruit with lingering bonfire and medicinal notes.
Long, spicy and smoky.
