All the way from Tasmania comes this Hellyers Road 15 Year Old! It's a lightly peated single malt matured in bourbon casks, though you'll find plenty of spice and citrus among the sweetness in here too.

Candied ginger, buttery oak, gentle smoke, and a touch of caramel.
