Description
Gorgeously fruity Australian single malt here from Hellyers Road, this 15 Year Old is matured in American oak casks, adding a whole load of buttery sweetness to the whisky itself. An easy sipper, but complex nonetheless!

Nose
Melted chocolate, lemon blossom, and Lotus biscuits.
Palate
Apricot jam, ripe stone fruit, almond butter, and white grape.
Finish
Orchard fruit, a touch of cream, and sultanas.
