An interesting release from the Haran whiskey selection produced in Spain – this 12 year old whiskey was treated to a finishing period in cider casks! With apple notes developing alongside waves of vanilla and malt, this ought to make for a wonderful aperitif tipple. Reckon it'll do well in some classic whiskey cocktails, too...
Cooked apple, fragrant oak, rounded malt sweetness.
Cinnamon and nutmeg, with heavy vanilla and zesty green apple.
Caramelised nuts and a touch of dried apricot.
