Green River Wheated Bourbon
This straight wheated bourbon hails from Kentucky's Green River distillery, originally founded in 1885, and revived in 2022. The mash bill consists of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley. The use of wheat instead of rye results in a superbly silky sipper, brimming with soft stone fruits and honeyed pastries.
