Single Malt
This particular Glenturret single malt matured in a single refill hogshead until it was 28 years old. The outturn was 168 tasty bottles in December 2015, released soon afterwards at the start of 2016.
Dry and slightly musky cereal, caramels and wood spices.
Still spicy, but sweeter as it opens with cacao nibs, malt and vanilla.
Oak, cocoa, hints of anise and clove with sweet malt.
Classic Glenturret on fine form.
