An independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Glenturret distillery up in the Highlands, known for being the spiritual home of the Famous Grouse blend. This single cask bottling was distilled in December 1986, matured in hogshead #300 and bottled in December 2015 with an outturn of 187 bottles.
Fragrant malt supported by fresh herbs. Barley sweets and a whiff of oak.
Golden barley at its core, subtly spicy. Light hints of honeycomb and a touch of chocolate.
Orange, lemon and yet more barley.
