Indie Glentauchers, matured in a refill barrel from December 1996 to December 2017 before being bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. After 21 years of maturation, 211 bottles were produced.
Citrus peels and stem ginger, with freshly baked cookies too.
Buttery at first, with peppery malt slowly building. A touch of brown sugar.
White chocolate sweetness and a hint of menthol.


First rate. This was really delicious and exactly what one looks for in a spoiled Speyside single cask single malt.
