Glentauchers 21yo 2007 Bottling Note

Indie Glentauchers, matured in a refill barrel from December 1996 to December 2017 before being bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. After 21 years of maturation, 211 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Citrus peels and stem ginger, with freshly baked cookies too.

Palate: Buttery at first, with peppery malt slowly building. A touch of brown sugar.

Finish: White chocolate sweetness and a hint of menthol.
