21 year old single malt from the Glentauchers distillery, aged in a pair of bourbon barrels which were filled in February 1996 to March 2017. It was independently bottled by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection, with 382 bottles produced.
Grilled pineapple, pastries topped with diced almond, a kick of cinnamon warmth.
Malty chocolate, honeycomb and oodles of creamy vanilla sweetness.
A touch of sultana and pink peppercorn.
