A 21 year old Glantauchers single malt, aged in a refill barrel from December 1996 to February 2018. Following maturation, those delightful folks from Douglas Laing bottled this whisky as part of the Old Particular range. 244 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh vanilla and earthy malt, followed by marshmallow.
Palate
Waffles and maple syrup, black pepper, oak and a hint of tomato stem.
Finish
Lingering cereal and orange.
