A Signatory bottling of 20 year old Glentauchers single malt, drawn from a pair of bourbon barrels which were laid down in July 1997. In March 2018, the casks were cracked open and drain of the whisky within, producing 389 bottles for the Cask Strength Collection.
Warming notes of cigar box and espresso, with floral vanilla building in the background.
Buttery shortbread and chocolate chip cookies, joined by a hint of fried banana.
Sawdust dryness balanced by melon and caramel.
