From Speyside's Glentauchers distillery, a superb single malt joins Cask Series 21 from indie bottler North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2008, the whisky spent 14 years resting in an oloroso sherry butt that yielded a total of 708 bottles when it was opened in 2022.
