Description
A lovely old Glenrothes single malt Scotch whisky, snapped by Signatory after 27 years of maturation in a single bourbon hogshead barrel (cask 3151). It was bottled at cask strength, 49.9% ABV, because it's part of the Cask Strength Collection.

Nose
Red berries, marmalade, cinnamon, oak char, and sticky toffee pudding.
Palate
Oily malt with melon, red apple, salted butter, and vanilla.
Finish
Long and refined.
