Drawn from a selection of oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, this single malt from Glenrothes was distilled in 2011 and spent 12 years maturing. The whisky was independently bottled by Signatory to for its Small Batch Edition #2.
Buttery fruit pastries with lashings of honey, sultanas, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
Vanilla shortbread and crumbly fudge open the way for creamy malt, more buttery pastry, and warming ginger honey.
Roasted nuts, a touch of peppery oak, and poached stone fruits, dusted with cakey spice.
