I bought a sample back of 4 Glenmorangies and this was by far the worst one. The original completely beats this one in every aspect.
Delicious, carries a lighter finish than the Quinta Ruban, but definitely more succulent that the gm 10 year.
This is definitely not for the tar and seaweed-buffs. An extremely civilized first taste (by advice- with a little water), then it opens up with a full gallery of aromas, a delicate blend that has a clear affinity for my tastebuds, which are fond of the warm wines of Spain. I love it.
Got this when it was on over for 20 bucks and was lovely best bargain I've ever had better then some of the malts I've paid over double for
Love the Quinta Ruban, extremely disappointed in this offering.
