From the Signatory Cask Strength Collection comes a full-bodied Glenlossie single malt, drawn from a single hogshead. The whisky was distilled in February 1997 and left to age for 21 years, until it was bottled in March 2018. A very small release of just 105 bottles.
Grilled apricot and thick honey, though underlying notes of charred oak give is a savoury edge.
Caramel and caraway, joined by light cigar box earthiness.
Malt loaf, diced almond, spearmint leaf.
