From Signatory's smashing Un-Chillfiltered Collection (which boasts oodles of whiskies presented with any chill-filtration whatsoever) comes a 20 year old Glenlossie single malt. This was distilled in February 1997, matured in a pair of hogsheads and bottled in June 2017.

Nose

Punchy barley, with red grapes and raspberries.

Palate

Baking spices begin to take shape on the palate, though the fresh fruit sweetness remains integral.

Finish

A lingering finish of nutmeg, sponge cake and vegetal oak.
