Another entry in Signatory's extensive Un-Chillfiltered Collection for all of you out there that like the oils left in your whisky, thank you very much. This one is a 20 year old Glenlossie which was distilled in February 1997 and bottled in March 2017 after being drawn from a pair of hogshead casks.
Sawdust, red apples, a squeeze of citrus, incense.
Creamy vanilla and buttered brown bread. White wine, baking spices and almonds.
Nuttiness continues on to the finish, now with chocolate peanuts and oily walnuts.
