An independent bottling of Glenlossie single malt, drawn from a pair of casks which aged the whisky for 19 years - from February 1997 to October 2015. Following its maturation, this was bottled Signatory as part of their excellent Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Juicy red grapes and kumquat. Savoury hints of tobacco lingers behind the fruit notes.
Sugared almonds, pink peppercorn, freshly squeezed citrus and brown sugar.
Buttery biscuits and walnut loaf.
