This is an Un-Chillfiltered Collection bottling of Glenlossie single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a pair of hoggies for 19 years! It was distilled in February 1997 and bottled by Signatory in March 2016 without even a thought to chill-filtering this tasty whisky.
Intense orchard fruit sweetness, backed up by hints of cigar box and earthy minerals.
Vanilla begins to take control of the palate, though clementine and white grapes keep it fresh.
Green herbs and crushed nuts.
