A 13 year old Glenlossie here, matured in a pair of hogsheads from June 2007 to June 2020 - in fact, it was bottled on its 13th birthday! It was independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. You should be able to figure out if there was any chill-filtration used when bottling it up from the name alone.
Barley sugar, fresh melon, milky tea and sandalwood.
Hazelnut and almond, with a dusting of brown sugar. A touch peppery as it develop, alongside a whiff of Turkish delight.
Lingering green apple and vanilla-rich grist.
