This is a 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky that was produced at the Glenlossie Distillery in Speyside, and matured in a pair of hogshead casks from June 2007 to November 2020. After its rest, the whisky was independently bottled by Signatory as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection - as you might expect from that name, there was no chill filtration used when bottling this one.
Brown bread with butter, pine nut, almond, blackcurrant.
Juicy orange and apple, layers of butterscotch, a good hint of ginger and allspice.
Enjoyably oaky and spicy on the finish, though orchard fruit keeps the balance.
