Glenlossie 13 #3955+3956 Bottling Note

This is a 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky that was produced at the Glenlossie Distillery in Speyside, and matured in a pair of hogshead casks from June 2007 to November 2020. After its rest, the whisky was independently bottled by Signatory as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection - as you might expect from that name, there was no chill filtration used when bottling this one.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Brown bread with butter, pine nut, almond, blackcurrant.

Palate: Juicy orange and apple, layers of butterscotch, a good hint of ginger and allspice.

Finish: Enjoyably oaky and spicy on the finish, though orchard fruit keeps the balance.
