From Speyside's Glenlossie Distillery, this single malt was distilled in 2008 and matured for 12 years in a pair of hogsheads. In the summer of 2021, the team at Signatory decided it was good and ready, so cracked the casks open and bottled it up to release as part of its indie Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
