An indie Glenlossie here! Distilled in 2007, a pair of hogsheads kept it safe and sound for over a decade until 2020 when Signatory bottled it up for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. A light and delicate Speysider, full of malty notes and vanilla.
Amaretti biscuits and chai latte, with oily malt and toasty wood.
Hazelnut praline and flamed citrus peels, with salted caramel and waxy vanilla.
Orchard fruit and a pinch of tobacco.
