A glorious Glenlossie single malt from those wonderful Signatory folks! Distilled in 2006, the Speysider rested in a pair of hogshead casks for over a decade, and in 2019 it was bottled at 12 years old. The casks yielded just 450 bottles released at 59.3% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection.
Sugared almond, spicy oak and milk chocolate.
Hazelnut praline, polished oak and homemade berry jam, along with hints of vanilla fudge.
Orange curd, dried apple and a pinch of nutmeg.
