    Nose

Zested orange peel, liquorice root, cinnamon, robust vanilla and dark chocolate coming from the Sherried elements.

    Palate

Roasted barley, toasty oak and juicy red apple. A hint of farmhouse butter.

    Finish

Very long, with a touch of oily walnut. Almond and cherry bakewell develop later on.
