Sherry
Distilled in October 1995, this 20 year old Glenlivet malt was bottled by Signatory in March 2016 following a maturation in a single Sherry butt. The outturn was 523 bottles of tasty whisky with a most handsome hue.
Sandalwood, chocolate and dried fruit with oily cereal.
Nuts and toffees, pain au raisin and winter spice.
Oak, dry spice and touches of rum.
