This single cask Glenlivet from Signatory Vintage spent 18 years in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV with no chill filtration or colouring. Only 611 bottles exist worldwide.
Raisins, dark plum compote, and orange zest layered with walnuts, mahogany, leather, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Full-bodied and sweet with dried fruits, dates, and toffee, lifted by nutmeg, pepper, and a curl of fine wood smoke.
Long and warming with dark chocolate, black tea, and polished old leather.
