Nosing and tasting notes
Nose: Sweet, with fresh fruit and vanilla and above all lovely oak. Surprisingly little alcohol despite cask strength.
Taste: Sweet and smooth, fresh fruit and vanilla and a hint of oaky spice. The finish is long and lovely, and a bit dry. Again surprisingly little alcohol, you don't need water in this one.
