Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: An inviting Sherried nose with a malty core and citrus hints.

Palate: Dried fruit, praline, nutmeg, caramel, quite oily (a good thing) and round.

Finish: Oaky raisin, ginger and spicy toffee.

Overall: A round and tasty Sherry matured single malt.

Maccalan killer!!!

Don't go for name go for the quality. I was very much comfortable with maccalan 12YO. But when i did try this maccalan went out of my dream. Since Maccalan stop mentioning Age on It's spirit available in duty Free shops. One of the person from duty free suggested me to Try Glengoyne 15YO. Trust me the kind of taste it has it killsss maccalan out of my mind

Outstanding malt from Scotland's finest Glengoyne distillery!

I was pleasantly surprised to see this on the shelf in the duty free shop in Split, Croatia. Single malts such as this 15 year old from Glengoyne, Scotland's finest distillery are an absolute pleasure to drink! I wish we could see more of their range in supermarkets!
