Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Vibrant barley and delicately floral honey, with creamy notes of vanilla and a touch of oaken spice.
Palate
Soft, jammy poached fruit, buttered sourdough, and tickles of nutmeg lead to robust roasted malt.
Finish
Malt loaf and syrupy flapjack linger, with cinnamon, pepper, and a dusting of icing sugar.
