From the great Glengoyne Distillery comes a single cask 12 year old single malt, independently bottled by Douglas Laing. This one was aged in a refill butt cask from May 2007 to March 2020, when it was bottled up with an outturn of 531 bottles for the Old Particular range.
Pancakes with butter and maple syrup, freshly sliced oranges and apples, a hint of pencil shavings.
Waves of vanilla cream and runny caramel. Oaky cinnamon and nutmeg follow it up.
Porridge with blueberries topped with brown sugar, plus some ginger spiciness.
