Douglas Laing is back with another gorgeous Glengoyne single cask offering! This one’s 10 years old, straight out of cask #12600, and slots perfectly into the Provenance collection. If you like spicy fruity-floral whiskies, this one’s for you!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Opens with warming apricots, red fruits and Danish pastries, before moving into cinnamon and cola cubes territory.
Palate
Creamy milk chocolate, vanilla, Victoria sponge cake and sweet spices, lifted with a gentle pepper kick.
Finish
Buttery and pudding-like.
Overall
Not dissimilar to a classic cream tea.
