Douglas Laing has done its thing and bottled up a delicious single malt whisky from a fine Scotch whisky distillery, this time it is Glenglassaugh in the glass. This 8-year-old vintage 2015 single malt was aged in a single refill hogshead (cask 18680) and bottled in February 2024 without chill-filtration or additional colouring at 46% ABV.

Nose
Demerara sugar, orchard fruit, sea breeze, waxy orange, and cinnamon.
Palate
Juicy red berries, balanced by vanilla, ginger, and peppercorn.
Finish
Fruity flapjack and creamy malt.
