A fabulous 21 Year Old bottling from Glenfiddich, and as its name suggests this particular single malt was finished in casks used previously to age Caribbean rum for four months! Some cask influence in the form of tropical fruit and spicy ginger to be found in here.
Barley sugar, malt and dark brown sugar, with orange peels, marmalade, manuka honey, chocolate and foam bananas.
Full, fruitcake, spices, buttery vanilla, malty, with oak and candied ginger.
Long, with notes of mochaccino and marmalade.

Opps missed my rating. BTW, it has a unique taste due to rum finish
It was good drink but not great. I see comments on the price thus I agree this is slightly overpriced. I will consider again if the price drops. :-)
Overwhelming vanilla flavour that smothers other aspects. Tinge of Rum is faint. Long reach is it's best aspect. Too smooth to be distinctive. Way over-priced. Far better whiskeys on the market for one third of the price. Very disappointed.
I love the 12, 15, 18. Reasonably priced. Me and couple of my friends shared this. It is good to drink but will never ever spend so much for this 21.
Its not a question of price, its just not a good whisky... Waste of time... 21 years time I love rum and I love whisky and was enthusiast finding this bottle...but its just not a good whisky... Something went wrong in the process...
