Sherry
A robust Speyside single malt from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection, this 15-year-old Glendullan was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration. Drawn from a single cask that was finished in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, it offers the distillery’s elegant fruit character wrapped in layers of sherried richness. Only 344 bottles were produced, all at a cask strength of 55.5% ABV.
Dried fruits, orange zest, and buttery toffee with hints of nutmeg and polished oak.
Raisin, dark chocolate, and malt loaf balanced by sweet spice and gentle tannin.
Richly sherried with lingering notes of fruitcake and oak spice.
