This 13 year old single malt was produced in November 2007 at the Glendullan Distillery. After maturation in a pair of hogshead casks, it was bottled independently by Signatory in December 2020, as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. As suggested by the name, no chill filtration is used here, and the colour is all natural – another fantastic addition to the Signatory range!
Grassy barley, floral citrus zest, and crisp apple.
Cereal and cut grass with buttered croissant, chai tea, and banana.
Pepper and liquorice increase, with wafts of golden syrup and toffee apples.
