A single cask Glencadam distilled in the Winter of 1998 and aged in a refill butt before bottling after 12 years. This is un-chillfiltered with no added colouring and comes from Douglas Laing's Provenance range.
Nose: Sweet, lemon sherbet, apple blossom, sultanas, baklava and grist.
Palate: Spiced, warming palate with notes of Benedictine, malt and freshly cut herbs.
Finish: Spiced with notes of calves leather and malt.
