Glencadam 1990 21 Year Old - Old Malt Cask (Douglas Laing)
A limited release of just 304 bottles from Glencadam, this was distilled in October 1990. It was then aged for 21 years in a refill hogshead before bottling February 2012. Bottled at 50% for Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Gristy and spicy nose with boot polish, barley malt, digestive biscuits and orange zest.
Palate
Potpourri and sweet cedar, hints of honey, barley sugar, boiled sweets and grapefruit peel.
Finish
Spiced and sweet, long with notes of malt and camphor on the tail.
